By using Loops.video, you agree to abide by these rules and help us foster a safe and respectful environment.
1. Be Respectful and Kind

Avoid Discrimination: Content that promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic is prohibited.
2. Prohibited Content
Violent or Graphic Content: Do not post content that depicts or encourages violence, self-harm, or any form of physical harm.
Sexual Content and Nudity: Explicit sexual content, pornography, or nudity intended to arouse is not allowed. Artistic or educational content involving nudity must be appropriately labeled and comply with legal requirements.
Illegal Activities: Content that depicts or promotes illegal activities, including but not limited to drug use, theft, or vandalism, is strictly prohibited.
Hate Speech: Do not post content that promotes hatred or violence against individuals or groups.
Terrorism and Extremism: Content that supports or promotes extremist ideologies or terrorist activities is not allowed.
3. Protecting Minors
Child Safety: Do not post content that exploits or endangers minors. This includes any form of child abuse, neglect, or sexualization.
Age-Appropriate Content: Ensure that all content is suitable for a general audience. Content that is inappropriate for minors should not be shared.
4. Intellectual Property and Copyright
Respect Rights: Only share content that you own or have the legal right to use.
Attribution: If you use someone else's work with permission, give proper credit to the original creator.
No Piracy: Do not distribute or promote pirated content or unauthorized copies of copyrighted materials.
5. Privacy and Personal Information
Protect Personal Data: Do not share personal or sensitive information about yourself or others, such as addresses, phone numbers, or financial details.
Consent Required: Obtain explicit permission before featuring others in your content, especially in private settings.
6. Authenticity and Misinformation
Be Genuine: Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
No Misinformation: Do not share false or misleading information that could harm individuals or the public.
7. Spam and Malicious Content
No Spam: Avoid posting repetitive, irrelevant, or unsolicited content, including advertisements.
Malware and Phishing: Do not distribute content that contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful software.
Platform Integrity: Do not engage in activities that disrupt or interfere with the operation of Loops.video or other users' experience.
8. Enforcement and Reporting
Reporting Violations: If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it through our in-app reporting feature.
Consequences: Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban, depending on the severity of the offense.
Appeals: If you believe your content was removed or your account was suspended in error, you may contact our support team to request a review.
9. Community Participation
Engage Positively: Contribute to discussions and content sharing in a constructive manner.
Support Creators: Encourage and support fellow creators by providing positive feedback and constructive criticism.
