Loops Help Center

Loops is a platform for sharing short looping videos.

It will be! We plan on open sourcing the platform after it reaches a stable and easy to maintain state.

Yes!

We are in the process of finalizing a grant to sustain full time development for 1 year, along with Patreon/OpenCollective donations from Pixelfed and server hosting sponsorships from our provider.

Since Loops.video will be open sourced, and support ActivityPub federation, we are confident that Loops will remain sustainable long term, with experienced fediverse admins already showing interest in running their own Loops instance.

That being said, we have a long road ahead of us and could use your donations!

Loops.video is developed by Daniel Supernault, the founder of Pixelfed, and operated under the Pixelfed project.
